The Sports Enhancement Center is committed to helping athletes with personalized, professional sports training programs, scientifically developed to improve overall athletic performance and enhance self esteem. With input from our team of Physicians, Physical Therapists, Athletic Trainers, and Performance Enhancement Staff, we are confident there is not a better program around.
PROGRAMS
ACCELERATION PROGRAM
Ages: 11 and up
The Acceleration Program is scientifically designed and tailored to fit the individual athlete's abilities. This training is for nearly every kind of athlete, for nearly every kind of sport. If you are interested in improving speed, power, agility, strength, and coordination, the Acceleration Program provides each participant personalized attention from our professional staff during each workout session.
YOUTH PROGRAM
Ages: 7-10
Our Youth Program consists of speed, agility, and strength training, with special emphasis on coordination, complete with performance testing, flexibility and specified drills to optimize neural training.
The Youth Program was created to target improvements in:
- Increased speed
- Improved muscular coordination patterns
- Injury prevention
- Positive self image
- Increased flexibility
- Increased strength
MONTHLY WEIGHT TRAINING
Our Monthly Weight Training Program is for the athlete strictly interested in improving strength and power. This 3-4 day per week program will be tailored to each individual athlete depending on his or her sport and ability level. This is ideal for the athlete looking for a custom program, with professional supervision, to improve your total body strength.
The Performance Enhancement Programs offered at SEC can be built into your training program. Each can be used as a supplement to your current training with your team or coach.
